Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 병원간호사가 지각하는 조직건강, 환자안전문화와 환자안전간호활동의 정도 및 이들 간의 관계, 환자안전간호활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다.
방법: 대한민국에 있는 1개의 상급종합병원과 2개의 종합병원에서 근무하는 일반간호사 188명을 대상으로 자료수집한 자기기입식 설문지를 분석하였다.
결과: 병원간호사의 조직건강, 환자안전문화와 환자안전간호활동 간의 상관관계에 있어서 조직건강은 환자안전문화(r=.52)와 환자안전간호활동(r=.31)간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다.
결론: 환자안전간호활동에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 요인보다는 조직적 요인이 더 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 조직건강이 환자안전간호활동에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effects of organizational health and patient safety culture on nursing activities for patient safety as perceived by hospital nurses.
Method: A self-report survey was administered to staff nurses of one advanced general hospital and two general hospitals in South Korea. Of the questionnaires, 188 were analyzed.
Results: Organizational health had a significantly positive correlation with patient safety culture (r=.52, p<.001) and patient safety nursing activities (r=.31, p<.001).
Conclusion: The findings in this study indicate that among the factors influencing patient safety nursing activities, organizational factors were more important than individual factors, and organizational health had a big effect on patient safety nursing activities.
